5th Annual Robert Kozminski Basketball Games ::

Time: 6:30 PM Griff will take in the 5th annual Robert Kozminski Memorial Basketball Games at Kenowa Hills High School. At 6:30 p.m., the Grand Rapids Fire Department will play Kenowa Hills Teachers before the Kent County Sheriff's Department takes on the Grand Rapids Police Department. The event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. |

Time: 6:30 PM The Griffins will help raise funds for Easter Seals Michigan at this inaugural wine and beer tasting that runs from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Goei Center (818 Butterworth St. SW). Those 21 and older can purchase tickets ($30 each or two for $50) at essmichigan.org. Guests will receive a commemorative wine glass for sampling, and they'll enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres and have an opportunity to bid on exciting live and silent auction items. |

Time: 12:00 PM Griff will help raise money for the construction of a Cedar Springs Public Library. The event features hockey games and broomball games between area high school teams, law enforcement and youth teams and begins at Noon. |
Griffins vs. Sled Wings Sled Hockey Game ::

Time: 6:00 PM In one of the most unique events anywhere involving a professional sports team, the Griffins each season play a friendly but spirited game of sled hockey against the Grand Rapids Sled Wings, a talented team of physically challenged teenagers sponsored by the Griffins Youth Foundation in partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. This season’s seventh-annual game will take place at Griff’s IceHouse, and ticket proceeds will again benefit both the Griffins Youth Foundation and the Sled Wings. |
