How do I get my tickets?
Click on the game date(s) that you purchased tickets for through Groupon.
Enter your Groupon number found in the upper right corner of your Groupon voucher
in the "Passcode" field to pick your seats. Your Groupon number looks like "1234-XX", include the hyphen!
Your Groupon number can only be used once so be sure to select the quantity of tickets matching your Groupon quantity purchased.
Fill out the information as prompted and your tickets will be emailed to you. Simply print out the PDF
or show it on your smartphone at the gate. No need to visit the box office will call windows!
What if I purchased multiple Groupons for one game date?
What if I purchased multiple Groupons for one game date?
In order to ensure your tickets for each Groupon are next to one another, each Groupon must be redeemed at the same time,
however each Groupon code must be entered individually in separate orders.
Once redeemed, seat locations cannot be changed or exchanged. Seating is based on availabilty.
What if I purchased tickets for someone else?
Please enter their information, or you can forward the email that you receive with the tickets to them.
