Enjoy Economic Security with the "GRIFFINS PROMISE"

New for the 2009-10 season, the Grand Rapids Griffins are offering economic security with the purchase of a full-season ticket package, complete with money-back coverage through the end of the season in the event of any the following:

- Involuntary unemployment
- Physical Disability
- Employment transfer outside of the 13-county West Michigan region**
- Self-employed personal bankruptcy

How It Works:
1) Purchase the Griffins full-season ticket package of your choice.
2) Should you experience any of the circumstances noted above, you may file a request for the benefit with the Director of Ticket Operations. Note: You must have an account in good standing with your tickets paid in full to qualify for benefit approval.
3) The value of your request will be determined based on the number of Griffins games already played.
4) Upon benefit approval, you return the remaining season tickets and receive a check from the Griffins within 2-3 weeks for the remaining value of your ticket package, and you have no further financial obligation.
